Hi I'm Samantha @EvolveYourCells

I have have been practicing meditation, sound and vibrational healing since 2020 and over the last 5 years, when I found my passion by applying sound and vibrations to the physical body for healing. ​

 

A practitioner of vibrational medicine and sound, I also practice meditation in my daily life. Initially starting my healing journey during the pandemic, I felt the power behind giving the mind space to just be. Letting all the thoughts flow, without judging what came up, whether little or a lot.

​

Applying vibration during meditation is a unique layer to an experience that makes it easier to sit for periods of time. The vibrations also support the physical body - reducing pain, inflammation and leaving you feeling invigorated. 

​

It is as if the vibrations tell our cells to dance - move - change

impacting the body; it's muscle and tissues, down to a cellular level. 

Using specific sound frequencies, we can encourage change.​
