Do you pay attention to the numbers around you?

Is it just me, or do you see so many variations of numbers all day, everyday. What if, those numbers are telling us little messages as we live our lives?

Ok, hear me out.... haven't you've ever had a burning question or needed help and when you asked for it you had an experience like saying the same thing as the guy on TV, or on a song that was playing.

If you really listen, there are tiny messages waiting everywhere for us, the question is; if we are really listening? Numbers can be a way that subtle energy bodies are interacting with your energy. It's meshed into society that angel numbers, or seeing 111, 222 etc are ways that spirit energy, that is, a higher vibrational energy that is trying to interact with you and get your attention. It's a euphoric feeling thinking that my passed loved ones or spirit guides are sending me guidance!

That being said, my attention is drawn to repeating numbers, but also sequences of 3's. Why I mention 3's is because the energy centers within the body are sequences of 3's. They even feel easier to remember.

There are 7 main energy centers within the body; some cultures believe that there are up to 12 chakra centers, others say there could be over 80,000. But who's counting!

The energy centers begin with the root and the frequency 369 Hz is located at the base of your spine and also radiates down the legs into the feet. This is what roots you to the present earth.

The sacral center has a vibrational frequency of 417 Hz and is found in your lower abdomen and all of the organs found inside, not to leave out your lower back as well.

It has been called the "city of gems," the solar plexus center is 528 Hz, is above your belly button nestled in between your ribs. Here is what sits your core values and personal power, also where you get your gut feeling.

Your chest center, or heart center is 639 Hz and is a transitional space where you can adjust out of a consciousness that is pleasure seeking into a higher vibrational state. Leading with your heart you live with intention from your second brain, the heart space.

The throat center is at 741 Hz and is found in, you guessed it-- your throat! It's also the space around your neck, shoulders, upper back and thyroid. This center is focused on the ability to overcome negative emotions by tapping into honest wisdom and full expression of self.

A path where you can no longer see the bad vs the good, the third eye center is 852 Hz and lays in the middle of your brow the pituitary gland. The seat of vision and perception, the pituitary glad is known as the "master gland" because of how many systems it's in charge of directing.

The seventh center, the crown center is located at the top of head or slightly above it. The frequency 963 Hz associated with the crown chakra stimulates the pineal gland, whose purpose is the seat of spirituality.
